Fantastic Apartment for a Family Trip!
ample space safe parking equipped kitchen convenient location
The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of room for my family. The parking was convenient and safe (this gave me real peace of mind). I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location was great. We could easily reach local attractions.

The beds were king-sized and supremely comfortable. I slept soundly. There were two bathrooms, and this made our mornings so much easier. The apartment design was modern and clean.

acceptable but with issues
dirty microwave key card issues
the apartment was spacious a two bedroom was given though only one was booked it was good value.
check-in was at a different location this was not clear beforehand the apartment did not match the pictures the microwave and fridge were dirty and there was a smell of old oil. key cards stopped working i had to travel to get new ones as no one was available at the hotel it took 35 minutes due to traffic

spacious apartment comfortable stay good quality toiletries
The apartment was spacious! AND it included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for accessing various attractions. A short ride got me to the city center. I also found the provided toiletries and kitchen equipment to be of good quality.

The location is convenient for the cricket ground and a short ride to the city center. An Uber cost approximately £7. The rooms are very clean and well presented. Toiletries, towels, bedding, and kitchen equipment are all of good quality.
The building had a noticeable odor upon entry.

comfortable bed fitted kitchen large shower
the apartment offered a very comfortable bed, something i always appreciate after a long day. a fitted kitchen was present, complete with tea and coffee, handy for a quick morning boost. the bathroom featured a large shower, and i found everything to be super clean.
the headquarters, where the reception area is, sits a mile or so away from the actual hotel. this setup made it inconvenient for addressing issues or simple requests in person. there's no on-site assistance, meaning a trek is necessary for any face-to-face interaction.

broken locks dirty area
I found the building quite insecure. Missing gates and broken locks presented an obvious problem. Anyone was able to access the building. The communal area were also dirty and smelled bad.
